The ONX track is completely covered in snow and is currently closed by Renfrewshire Leisure. Will update on here if the situation changes but unlikely to be any training on it this evening.
Due to track and road conditions as well as red weather warnings remaining in place it will come as no surprise that training tomorrow night is cancelled. THURSDAY 1 MARCH 2018 Please everyone venturing out anywhere stay safe and don’t travel unless completely necessary.

Training will resume for all groups on week beginning Monday 8th January 2018. Any training in the intervening period will be at the discretion of individual coaches.

Due to adverse weather forecast tonight’s (16th October) training is cancelled.
There will be no Throws training on Tues 17th, Friday 20th and Tuesday 24th October. Next Throws session Friday 27th October.
