Also, Gold medals for Brian Doherty in the M40 Shot Put 12.23 a PB and club record and Elizabeth Elliott in the W45 Shot Put with a throw of 9.11.

An amazing day at the National Indoor Superteams. Some of our U12s stepped onto the national stage in the yellow and black and absolutely delivered. 11th overall out of 35 clubs.
An outstanding team performance in a huge field – packed with talent from across the country.
From fast sprints and brave jumps to throws, relays and relentless support for each other, this group showed exactly what Kilbarchan AAC is all about. Effort, teamwork, confidence and pride in the vest.
