British Athletics Connect Relay

Results today at the Emirates Arena, Girls finished 7th and the Boys finished 5th

Megan and Billy were team captains on the day and both did very well warming their team up and looking after them in the call up area.

On behalf of British Athletics and Glasgow Sport I would like to congratulate the athletes who represented your Club today in the Club Connect Relay at the Sainsbury’s Glasgow International Match.

“All the Athletes were a credit to the Club’s they represented, taking all the information they were given in a very mature manner. The Team Managers from all Clubs proved to be a positive, calming influence on the Athletes and myself.

Your Club’s athletes, managers and Karen Forbes from British Athletics all contributed to a very successful day. I hope they enjoyed themselves.”
