Cowper Trophy 2014-15 Final Standings
The Paisley 10k saw the conclusion of the Cowper Trophy for the season 2014-15.
Callum Hawkins was victorious in that event but the 4 points wasn’t enough to overhaul Alan Craig who wins the trophy this year with 18 points, Callum was runner-up on 16 points with David Mackintosh finishing 3rd on 12 points.
On the female side Jennifer Rooney cemented her position at the top of the table picking up 2 points in Paisley to finish the season on an unassailable 20 points. Elaine Eadie finished 2nd with 16 points and Christina Rankin completed the podium with 11 points.
The next season kicks off on 26th September with the George Cummings Road Relays, quickly followed by the West District XC Relays on 11th October. Both events are now available online to confirm entry.
