Hammer Competition (Hammerama) as part of Linwood OGM
Hammer Competition (Hammerama) is organised by Kilbarchan Amateur Athletic Club under licence from Scottish Athletics.

Start time: 18:00
All age groups and implement weights will compete at the same time. We will begin with Pool 1 and continue accordingly. Pools will be confirmed depending on the number of entries.
Each athlete will have one practice throw and five trials, with the best performance from the five trials counting.
