Covid Restrictions update – 18 November

As Renfrewshire will move into Level 4 of Covid restrictions on Friday 20 November, there are significant implications for the club. The On- X sports centre will be closed from Friday 20 November for at least 3 weeks and because of this there will be no floodlights at the Linwood track. All evening sessions will be cancelled. The track can still be used in daylight hours and coaches may arrange sessions for athletes – they will contact you individually if this is the case. However, training at club nights is cancelled until restrictions are lifted.

Entry to the track will only be possible if a coaching session has been booked, it will be locked at all other times.

If your coach does make arrangements for training, please be aware that travel out of or into Renfrewshire is not allowed, except for essential journeys, and so anyone who does not live in Renfrewshire can’t come to Linwood for training.
