Renfrewshire Sports Official of the Year 2013
Following another year officiating for the club and Scottish Athletics Jason Pender has been awarded the Renfrewshire Sports Official of the Year and was awarded a lovely trophy sponsored by SportScotland and Active Renfrewshire. Fraser Buchan and Jim Green presented the trophy to Jason at the ON-X Linwood Sports Hub on Monday 16th December 2013.
Looking on was 45 youngsters from the Monday Run Jump Throw section of Kilbarchan AAC which Jim and Jason help organise and run helped by Katrina Millar, Rachel Pugh and Duke of Edinburgh volunteers Emma Devine and Sam McNair.
