Milngavie Trail Race Results, Sun 4 Jun 2017
Now in it’s 3rd year the Milngavie trail race continues to be a popular choice for some Kilbarchan athletes, the mixed terrain course offers a tough challenge with some big climbs early on and technical terrain thereafter using the trails around the West Highland Way and Mugdock Country Park.
Jennifer Rooney & John Kynaston both returned for the 3rd year in a row with Jennifer looking to defend her title and course record.
She accomplished both in winning the ladies race and also smashing her previous course record finishing 12th overall in 1:00:45 for the 8.5 mile race.
John Kynaston finished 26th overall (3rd M50) in 1:03:28 with Steven Hill 32nd in 1:04:16.
