Junior Indoor Sportshall Event
We have been invited to join Inverclyde AC in the next event in the #clubsworkingtogether program
Date: Sunday 8th December 2019
Venue: Clydeview Academy
Closing date: 1st December 2019
This is a winter indoor Sportshall event which will incorporate events such as
- Obstacle relay
- Standing Long Jump
- Standing Triple Jump
- Speed Bounce
- Vertical Jumps
- Vortex Throw
- Chest Push
- Shot Putt
- Indoor clothes, and trainers required for this event
There are 2 age groups, Aged 8 & Under 11 (who must have been aged 9 or 10 on 1 sept 2019)
- First Events. 1pm
- Presentation approx’ 3:15pm
- Prizes available
Relays – Medal to Top team. Male & female in each age group. Jumps & Throws – Medal to best performance Male & female in each age group. Team Competition – Small trophy for Best Team Performance

Quarrelton Road Christmas handicap 4 mile road race
Date: Monday 16th December 2019
Starts: First runner off 7.30pm
Closing date: Sunday 15th December 2019
Age: 15yrs and above
Changing at Cochrane Castle Community Centre.
- All participants bring an unwrapped present about £3 – 10 value
- First to finish gets first choice of presents submitted
- Park Run or 10km times to enable us to estimate handicap
- Stewards requested for anyone that are not running please.
