A good day for young U15B Harry Muir with three PB’s on the day, his best throw with a 4kg hammer was 22.25m, many congratulations. Also competing U20M Lewis Shaw with a throw of 43.63m.

A very wet start to first match of the Cross-Country Season at Alexandra Park in Glasgow, with a large contingents of Kilbarchan athletes who were like a swarm of bees around the course, congratulations to all who competed. Great Scottish Run Half Marathon, 10K & Junior Races, Glasgow, Sun 01 Oct 2023
A superb win for Lewis Hannigan in the 10K road race in a time of 31:27, followed by Fraser Gilmour in second with a time of 31:44. Congratulations to all our athletes who competed in the three events, results here
