Club Member Physical Activity Survey

sportscotland are asking for your help to fill in their club member physical activity survey.

This is a major national survey which explores what sport and physical
activities club members take part in, and what difference this makes to their life.

To help with this, they are offering the chance to win a prize:

£1,000 prize for sports equipment for your club!

Every survey returned by 14 February 2020 will be entered into a prize
draw for this prize.
