PARKING

Parking for cars is in the Walled Garden Visitors Car Park (see Course Map)

Parking for Coaches and Minibuses is marked on the Course Map

DECLARATIONS.

Declarations are in the Sports Academy (not the Sports Centre)

Access to the Academy is from the Walled Garden Visitors Car Park

NUMBERS

All females wear YELLOW numbers, all males wear WHITE numbers

CHANGING

There is very limited changing in the Academy. Please come changed and ready to run.

START/FINISH

Is 600 metres from the Car Park, walk as the dotted line route (see Course Map)

LAPS

On races with more than 1 Lap, at the end of the 1^st lap athletes run on the footpath outside the campus

(see map) not as they did last year through the start/finish area.

CLUB TENTS

There is a grass area by the Start/Finish where club tents can be erected.

COURSES

Are on the footpaths and almost traffic free roads of Heriot Watt campus.

PRESENTATIONS

Individual presentations will take place at the finish immediately after each race.

Team presentations will also be at the finish area when available. Teams in all races are 3 to score.
