Silver Success

Congratulations to Jemma Reekie who had a fantastic race in the British Athletics Championships to take the Silver medal in the 1500m behind Laura Weightman.

Jemma once again produced a Personal Best performance, of 4.09.10  in what was her first British Championships as a Senior athlete.

The race meeting doubled as a Trials Event for the upcoming European Championships in Berlin, with the first two places gaining selection should they meet the standard time of 4:07.00.
