The major event of the winter season takes place this Saturday at Falkirk. The club has entered you for this event and expects you to run. You can travel by bus or directly.

Bus times are as follows:
Bridge of Weir 8.00am,
Kilbarchan 8.10am,
Beith Road Garage 8.15am,
Thorn 8.15am,
Canal Street 8.30am,
Tesco Garage Renfrew Road 8.35.

Races start at 11.00.

Athletes travelling direct to Falkirk should be at the course by 10.00am.
