The monthly 3k on the green took place in Glasgow Green on Friday afternoon with a couple of Kilbarchan athletes in lunchtime action.
Robert McCulloch set a new 3k PB to finish 12th in 10:04, 8 seconds faster than his previous outing in October 2015.
Steven Hill was just a few seconds slower than last month to finish 36th again in 11:46.
