Weekend throws results, more new club records
On Sunday 26th July, at the YDL U17/U20 competition at Scotstoun, Mia Shepherd broke her own U20 4K hammer record with a recorded distance of 40.53m.
At the same event Heather Fawcett broke her own U17 club record with the 3K hammer recording a distance of 48.50m. In addition, on Saturday 25th July at the Throws Festival Livingston, Heather also broke the U17 4K club record with a throw of 39.59.
On Sunday 26th, at the Throws Festival Livingston, U17 athlete Ellie Fulton threw a Javelin PB of 41.94 – also a club record!
Very well done girls – we are extremely proud of you.
