NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special General Meeting of Kilbarchan Amateur Athletic Club will be held at ON-X Linwood Sports Centre, Brediland Road, Linwood, PA3 3RA on Monday 19 May, 2014 at 8:30pm.
Meeting Agenda
1 To propose approval of the change to Kilbarchan Amateur Athletic Club to Charity Status. New constitution attached. The following sections have been amended/added:
3 Indicates that we will be a charity.
9b The accounts need to audited in line with legislation.
11 In the event of dissolution the club must transfer assets to a similar charity.
