In both male and female categories, there will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals for individual Masters O40, plus 1st place medals for individual O50.
In addition there will be 1st place medals for Masters’ Teams (O40+) with 3 runners to count in both male and female categories (not 6 and 4 as in the Senior Teams).
