Multi Event Workshop for U12 Athletes, Mon 14 Oct 2013

The Club has arranged for Sandy Robertson to tutor the above workshop which is open to all club coaches and parents/helpers. The workshop will be of particular interest to coaches working with the U12 age group and anyone new to coaching.

This workshop will be held indoors at Linwood ON-X Sports Centre on Monday 21st October from 7pm- 10pm. The first 2 hours will be a practical session and classroom for the last hour. The workshop will focus on the multi-event approach as well as the importance of technical and conditioning development of the young athlete. 12 of our young athletes will be on hand to demonstrate the various drills etc. To register for the above event contact Ricky Miell at rickymiell@btinternet.com .
