We have created a Team for Jantastic 2014 where you can follow everyones progress and also have rivals throughout the weeks.
If you sign up then search for Kilbarchan AAC and join the team. There are three members so far and we need a minimum of six to have a team.
Jantastic runs from 6th January to 30th March.
The first four week period (6th Jan-2nd Feb) you commit to however many runs you want to complete each week.
The second four week period (3rd Feb-2nd Mar) you do the same but also say what your longest run will be.
The third four week period (3rd Mar-30th Mar) you pick a race or training route and say what time you think you can do it in. You lose points for time out either way.
