Indoor Facility Code of Conduct

• All users of the indoor facility including coaches, athletes, parents and volunteers must adhere to this code of conduct

• All users of the facility who are also KAAC members are reminded that they must also adhere to the codes of conduct for the club which are on our website

• All users of the facility are reminded to act with dignity and treat other users with courtesy and respect

• All users of the facility must follow all guidance clearly displayed within the facility including Health and Safety Regulations on the use of the Strength and Conditioning Facility, Covid -19 Regulations and Tier Group Sizes

• Access for use of the facility is solely by booking

• All equipment must be returned after use to its designated place. If you use it put it back

• Use all equipment correctly and in the manner for which it was intended

• Clean all equipment before and after use

• All coaches must be qualified to coach the sessions they are taking and may be asked for documentation

• Any equipment brought by a user of the facility must be removed at the end of the session unless authorised by Kilbarchan AAC. Equipment within the facility must not be removed without the express consent of Kilbarchan AAC

Failure to follow the above guidelines may lead to loss of access.
