Concerns and Comments Pathway

Comments, questions, and concerns about club activity may be directed by athletes to coaches, however the Trustees would like to also have an easy to access comments channel for club members.  The purpose of this is to provide a direct link to senior club officials without necessarily involving club coaches.

This page is provided on the club website for comments.  Any comments left there will be directed to the secretary’s email address and from there it will be distributed to the most relevant Sub Committee within the club for further action.

This channel of communication is not intended for welfare concerns, for which there is a separate area on the website but could be used for this and concerns then directed to the welfare officer by the secretary if this is felt most appropriate by the club member.
