Beginners

We have training to suit all abilities every Monday and Thursday evening at 7pm starting from On-X Linwood.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced runner the experts at Kilbarchan AAC can help. We have a team of experienced and award winning endurance coaches and jog leaders.

All new members will require to fill out the following forms:

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
