New junior groups!

After a review we have made the decision to restructure the training group sessions for Junior athletes.

The new sessions will take place on Mondays or Wednesdays at the On-X track and will be organised in blocks fitting around school holidays. The first block is due to start in August after the schools return.

We will also, for the first time introduce training sessions for 7&8 year old athletes.

All athletes will have to be signed up using a new online system and payment will be completed in blocks. More info and the sign up details will be available in the coming weeks

Monday:

7 – 8.00pm: 7–8Yrs Training Group

7 – 8.30pm: 9-10Yrs Training Group

7 – 8.30pm: 11-12Yrs Training Group

or

Wednesday:

7 – 8.00pm: 7–8Yrs Training Group

7 – 8.30pm: 9-10Yrs Training Group

7 – 8.30pm: 11–12Yrs Training Group
