With the women’s 10k two weeks previous it was the turn of the men to pound the streets of Glasgow on a warm Sunday morning. The route took the runners from the Riverside Museum, over to Glasgow Green before returning to the finish in George Square.
Robert McCulloch showed his form once again to come home 1st M50 (15th overall) in a season’s best of 36:21.
Donald Petrie followed not far behind with a very impressive 37:36 to finish 31st (1st M55-59) in one of his final races as an M55.
Martin Begg finished 78th in 39:46 & Neil Maclean 1523rd in 57:59.
Congratulations to everyone who ran.
