Trials Night, Tues 21 Apr 2015

The coaches are bringing their stop watches this Tuesday when most training sessions are cancelled and make way for a night of event trials over the 100 metres, 800 metres, long jump and shot putt. This is a useful fitness benchmark for athlete current fitness and provides invaluable information to team managers about who’s faster than who over each event. Start 7pm with quick warm up and 100 metre runs.
