Declaration Times: from 11.00am, young athletes closing at 12noon,
Senior men and Women from 12noon, closing at 1pm.

Limited parking at the McMasters Centre, options include at Johnstone High School; also small car parks at Quarrelton Rd.

Senior and under 20 men           1.40     6 miles 5 large laps – A,B,C,D,E,F,G
Senior and under 20 women       1.40    4.8 miles 4 large laps
Under 17 men and women          1.15    3.6 miles 3 large laps
Under 15 boys and girls             12.50  2.4 miles 2 large laps
Under 13 boys and girls             12.30  1.8 miles 1 small A,B,D,E,G + 1 large lap
