Beginners Programme underway, places still available


Our new beginners group started on Monday 9th June, thanks to everyone who came along for your first run we hope you enjoyed it and are looking forward to more runs over the coming weeks.

Remember it’s not too late to join, we will still be accepting new members all the way through the programme with everyone joining gaining free entry to the Paisley 10k on 31st August. The earlier you join though, the faster you will run come race day! Full details of what we offer below.

Do you want to survive your first 10K?  Maybe you have been talked into running for charity? Perhaps your 10K times have levelled and you would like to run faster?

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced runner the experts at Kilbarchan AAC can help. We have a team of experienced and award winning endurance coaches and jog leaders.

We are offering a 12 week course leading up to the Paisley 10K.

The cost will be £60 and including the following:

  • A full years membership of Kilbarchan AAC
  • Free entry to Paisley 10k
  • 12 week training programme
  • 2 coached training sessions every week (Monday & Thursday)

The session will run every Monday and Thursday starting at 7pm from Linwood On-X.

If you are interested in joining please come along on Monday or Thursday before 7pm where you can sign up for the programme and join in on the session.

All new members will require to fill out the following forms:
